A wise woman once sang, “Cold was the steel of my axe to grind for the boys who broke my heart, now I send their babies presents.” If she feels so inclined, she could easily change that last line to: “Now I send their fiancées wedding invitations.”
Harry Styles may not have accompanied fiancé Zoë Kravitz to Taylor Swift’s extravagant wedding to Travis Kelce this past July, but that isn’t stopping him from acknowledging the wedding of the year.
Last week, the “Aperture” singer kicked off his 30-night residency at Madison Square Garden—which just so happens to be the very same venue where Swift and Kelce tied the knot.
During his August 29 show, Styles—who dated Swift from 2012 to 2013—nodded to his ex’s nuptials in an unexpected way.
“We’re at Madison Square Garden, home of the world champion New York Knicks,” Styles said. After a brief pause, he cheekily added, “And they also do weddings.”
With over a decade since the two broke up, there seems to be no bad blood between Swift and Styles.
Styles is currently engaged to Kravitz, one of Swift’s close friends who attended the pop star’s wedding to Kelce this summer. Styles and Kravitz were first romantically linked together in August 2025.
Meanwhile, Swift and Kelce confirmed their romance in 2023; they got engaged last August and officially married on July 3.
Most details about the Swift-Kelce wedding have stayed under wraps, but the NFL tight end briefly described the celebration during a press conference earlier this month.
“Wedding was the best night of my life, and I appreciate everybody who came out and celebrated and had fun with us,” Kelce said at the time.
