The Traitors: New Blood is putting everyday professionals at the center of the game, with a 20-person, all-civilian lineup entering the castle as Faithfuls, Traitors and, in one case, an Accomplice.

The cast brings together contestants from across the country and from sharply different professions. Among the players are an astrophysicist, nurse, pilot, funeral director, teacher, ironworker, therapist, barrel racer and dog groomer. For contestants whose ages are listed, the group ranges from 23 to 54.

The available cast information also reveals how the game has unfolded through Episode 7, identifying three Traitors and detailing seven murders or banishments.

Meet the Faithfuls

Abbey Benjamin, 37, is a nurse from Mangham, Louisiana, while Abby Lee, 29, is an astrophysicist from St. Paul, Minnesota. Both are identified as Faithfuls.

They are joined on the Faithful side by Ben McDonnell, a 34-year-old barrel racer from Granbury, Texas, and Clyde Moser, a 32-year-old teacher from Charleston, South Carolina.

Kriste Lewis, 52, is a realtor from Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Morgan Cook, 30, is a content creator from Midland, Michigan, and Shane Beatty, 32, is an ironworker from Staten Island, New York.

Rounding out the currently listed Faithfuls are Victor Vollbrechthausen, a 26-year-old business executive from New York, New York, and Wyatt Gillespie, a 26-year-old designer from Ligonier, Pennsylvania.

Jay Vinnedge is also included in the cast lineup, although the listing does not provide an age, hometown, job or affiliation for him.

The Traitors hiding in the lineup

Three contestants are identified as Traitors: Joe Vanella, Katie Fites and Tomica Adams.

Vanella, 44, is a funeral director from Wantagh, New York. Fites, the youngest contestant whose age is listed, is a 23-year-old marketing manager from Jacksonville, Florida. Adams, 54, is a pilot from Boston, Massachusetts.

That trio is operating within a group whose varied professional backgrounds offer few obvious clues about how anyone might approach the game. The mix stretches from science and health care to real estate, design, marketing and skilled trades.

Who has been murdered or banished?

The earliest elimination detailed in the cast listing is Xavier Scruggs, who was murdered in Episode 3. Scruggs, 38, is an MLB analyst from Wesley Chapel, Florida, and is identified as an Accomplice.

Episode 4 brought two more exits. Arisa Thomas, a 36-year-old dog groomer from Los Angeles, California, was banished. She was a Faithful. Logan Smith, a 26-year-old realtor from Gatlinburg, Tennessee, was murdered in the same episode and was also identified as a Faithful.

Sherry Kuehl was banished in Episode 5. Her additional profile information and affiliation are not included in the listing.

Episode 6 saw Niyyah Hayes murdered and Michael Foote banished. Hayes was a 29-year-old therapist from Indianapolis, Indiana, and a Faithful. Foote’s age, hometown, occupation and affiliation are not specified.

The latest departure recorded is Mark Zgoda, who was murdered in Episode 7. Zgoda, a 26-year-old personal trainer from Phillipsburg, New Jersey, was a Faithful.

ShowBiz Take

New Blood is defined by the absence of a celebrity roster and by the breadth of its civilian casting. Instead of entertainment credits, the introductions emphasize jobs, hometowns and affiliations, giving viewers a lineup that must be assessed through what happens inside the game.

The occupational contrasts are particularly striking. An astrophysicist is playing alongside a barrel racer; a funeral director is one of the identified Traitors; and a pilot, teacher, nurse and ironworker are all part of the same contest. That range gives the season its clearest identity and makes each elimination more revealing as the list of Faithfuls, Traitors and other players narrows.

With the cast status now documented through Episode 7, the central tension remains with the players still in the castle—and whether the surviving Faithfuls can identify Joe Vanella, Katie Fites and Tomica Adams before more names are added to the murder and banishment list.
