Slipknot are taking their live show to stadiums in 2027, announcing the biggest tour of their career with a global run titled the (Sic)est Stadium Tour.

Produced by Live Nation, the trek will begin July 3 at London’s Wembley Stadium. That concert will be Slipknot’s only UK and European appearance on the tour, with Marilyn Manson, Lorna Shore and Hatebreed joining the lineup for opening night.

The tour then moves to North America for 13 dates, beginning July 16 at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., and concluding Aug. 18 at Chase Field in Phoenix. Bring Me the Horizon will open every show on the North American leg.

Five South American concerts are scheduled to follow in September. Specific dates and venues for those shows were not included in the announcement.

The (Sic)est Stadium Tour will feature new staging and a setlist covering Slipknot’s career. Its title reaches back to “(sic),” the opening track on the group’s self-titled 1999 breakthrough.

A rotating roster of guests

Along with Bring Me the Horizon’s full run of North American appearances, Slipknot will welcome a changing lineup of support acts across the tour. The announced guests include Lamb of God, Motionless in White, Lorna Shore, Loathe, Acid Bath, Polyphia, Kublai Khan TX and Vended.

An artist presale is set to begin Tuesday, Sept. 29, before tickets go on general sale Friday, Oct. 2.

Slipknot’s complete North American schedule

The North American leg opens July 16 in Washington, D.C., at Nationals Park, followed by Citi Field in New York on July 18.

The tour continues July 21 at Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal; July 23 at Rogers Stadium in Toronto; July 25 at Soldier Field in Chicago; and July 28 at Hershey Park Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Slipknot will then play Fenway Park in Boston on July 31 and First Bank Stadium in Nashville on Aug. 3. The remaining dates are Aug. 6 at Daikin Park in Houston; Aug. 9 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colorado; Aug. 13 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles; Aug. 15 at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco; and Aug. 18 at Chase Field in Phoenix.

A new era after “Arsenal”

The stadium announcement follows the release of “Arsenal,” Slipknot’s first new song in three years. The track arrived earlier this month and includes frontman Corey Taylor screaming, “I got a lot to f—ing say / And if you didn’t listen, you didn’t hear me anyway.”

“Arsenal” is also the band’s first recording since the departures of two members. Turntablist Sid Wilson left in August, while keyboardist-sampler Craig Jones exited in 2023.

Guitarist Jim Root has said “Arsenal” will not be included on Slipknot’s next album. The band’s most recent full-length release remains 2022’s The End, So Far.

That record debuted at No. 2 on the albums chart and reached No. 1 on the Top Album Sales chart, becoming Slipknot’s sixth top 10 album. Its predecessor, 2019’s We Are Not Your Kind, delivered the group’s third consecutive No. 1 album.

Formed in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1995, Slipknot have become one of the most commercially successful metal acts of the past three decades. The nine-piece group has sold tens of millions of records worldwide and has received 11 Grammy nominations, including one win.

What Happens Next?

Slipknot will launch the (Sic)est Stadium Tour at Wembley Stadium on July 3, 2027, before beginning the North American stadium leg less than two weeks later. Five South American shows are due in September, while further details about those concerts have yet to be announced.
