SIX is turning its final Broadway stretch into a celebration with Spirit Week, a three-event fan program running November 9 through 13 at the Lena Horne Theatre, 256 West 47th Street.

The Tony Award-winning musical, written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, has 94 performances remaining before its final Broadway performance on January 3, 2027. Each Spirit Week event requires a ticket to that day’s performance.

Three Nights of Crowns, Conversation and Costumes

The festivities begin Monday, November 9, with “BYOC: Bring Your Own Crown Night.” Tony Award nominee Christiani Pitts will host the event, which invites audience members to arrive wearing a favorite crown. The production says fans who do not bring one will also be accommodated.

On Thursday, November 12, Chloe Lukasiak of Dance Moms will lead “Chloe’s Court: Taking Back the Microphone.” The post-show conversation with the musical’s Queens will explore life on stage, sisterhood and the importance of finding one’s voice.

Spirit Week concludes Friday, November 13, with “Rep Your Queen Night and Costume Contest.” Fans can dress as their favorite Queen or create a look inspired by that character’s signature color. SIX Associate Costume Designer Amanda Jenks will judge the competition, with royal prizes available to the winners.

The events draw directly from the show’s themes and concert-style presentation. SIX places the six wives of Henry VIII at the microphones, transforming their stories of historical heartbreak into a contemporary celebration of girl power.

The Current Broadway Queens

Najah Hetsberger, whose credits include & Juliet and Little Shop of Horrors, plays Catherine of Aragon. Chloe Tucker Caine, seen in Owning Manhattan and the national tour of Mamma Mia!, appears as Anne Boleyn.

Natalie Paris, a member of the original UK cast of SIX who also performed on its North American tour, plays Jane Seymour. Original UK cast member Aimie Atkinson, whose credits also include Beetlejuice, takes the role of Katherine Howard.

Olivia Donalson plays Anna of Cleves, while Hamilton performer Stephanie Jae Park appears as Catherine Parr. Lauryn Adams, Sierra Fermin, Julia McLellan and Aiyana Smash serve as alternates.

A Record-Setting Broadway Run

Now in its sixth year on Broadway, SIX has played to more than 2 million people. It is the longest-running production to have played the Lena Horne Theatre, ranks as the 39th longest-running show in Broadway history and is the seventh longest-running Broadway show to have originated in the UK.

The musical officially opened on Broadway on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at the venue then known as the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. It has won 35 awards, including the 2022 Tony Award for Best Original Score for its music and lyrics, as well as the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Musical.

Moss and Jamie Armitage co-direct the production, with choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille. The design team consists of Emma Bailey on scenic design, Tony Award winner Gabriella Slade on costume design, Tim Deiling on lighting design and Paul Gatehouse on sound design.

Tom Curran created the orchestrations, with Joe Beighton handling music supervision and Roberta Duchak serving as U.S. music supervisor. Casting is by The TRC Company/Peter Van Dam, CSA.

Kenny Wax, Wendy and Andy Barnes, George Stiles and Kevin McCollum produce the musical. Theater Matters is general manager, Sam Levy is associate producer and Lucas McMahon is U.S. executive producer.

ShowBiz Take

Spirit Week gives SIX fans three distinct ways to engage with the production as its Broadway run enters its final 94 performances. Rather than offering one farewell-themed event, the show is leaning into different elements of its identity: its royal imagery, its emphasis on sisterhood and voice, and the bold costumes associated with each Queen.

The guest lineup also reflects those separate ideas. Pitts will oversee the crown-themed opening night, Lukasiak will guide a cast conversation, and Jenks will bring direct production expertise to the costume contest. With participation tied to attendance at each performance, the events are positioned as extensions of the theatrical experience rather than separate appearances.

What Happens Next?

Fans can take part in the three themed events from November 9 through 13 with tickets to the corresponding performances. Following Spirit Week, SIX will continue its run at the Lena Horne Theatre until its confirmed final Broadway performance on January 3, 2027.
