Princess Eugenie is a mom of three! The British royal and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, have just welcomed their third child, a baby girl whose name has not yet been revealed. Eugenie shared the happy news on Instagram today, with a sweet photo (taken by Brooksbank) of their newborn wearing a tiny baby-pink onesie with little angel wings, plus an adorable white beanie with a happy pink print of butterflies, hearts, and stars.
“Jack and I are so excited to announce Baby Girl Brooksbank!! We are beyond in love with our girlie. 💓💓💓💓💓” Eugenie wrote in her caption.
The couple announced they were expecting this past May, with a lovely photo of their little sons holding an ultrasound image of their future sibling. “Baby Brooksbank due 2026! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️👶🏻♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️” Eugenie wrote on Instagram then.
Eugenie and Brooksbank met through mutual friends during a ski trip in Verbier, Switzerland, in 2010. They once described their connection as “love at first sight,” and indeed it was, and they have been inseparable ever since.
The two married on October 12, 2018 at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle—the same venue where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had wed—just five months earlier. (Look back on the day here.) And three years after the nuptials, in February 2021, the couple welcomed their first child, son August Philip Hawke Brooksbank. Another boy, Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank, was born in May 2023.
Their newborn is the couple’s first daughter.
“🎉🍼 Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their daughter, born on Monday, 3rd August 2026, at 6.20pm, at a hospital in Lisbon, Portugal,” Buckingham Palace wrote on Instagram today. “The baby was born weighing 6 pounds 9 ounces. Their Majesties The King and Queen and other members of The Royal Family were delighted to be informed of the news.”
