Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer are totally in sync. The creative duo, who married last April, have embarked on their latest joint venture: a stoner comedy film, The Wrong Girls. Meyer wrote and directed the movie, making it her feature directorial debut, and Stewart stars in the lead role. The two are currently in New York City promoting the project, and apart from being aligned creatively, it’s apparent they’re aligned sartorially.

Yesterday, for a series of appearances, the screenwriter and the actor coordinated in suits—but took two very different approaches. Stewart was cool in a black collared jacket and little black shorts, which she paired with a white, washed-out graphic tee. She continued the grungy theme with her footwear—slipping on black sneakers with black ankle socks—and with her jewelry, which included a silver chain necklace and her chunky wedding band.

The Chanel muse styled her hair in her signature shaggy ’do and wore a dark smoky eye and a glossy pink lip.

Meyer went for a softer color palette, choosing a chocolate-brown striped blazer and matching loose trousers. She paired the easy daytime suit with a classic white T-shirt, white Converse sneakers, and a gold chain necklace.

Stewart and costar Alia Shawkat have been on quite the style streak this week while promoting the film, and the Twilight alum even made an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon while in a black leather dress and Adidas Sambas.

The Wrong Girls follows two lazy best friends who develop telepathic powers after doing drugs. The plot is trippy, and involves talking cats. It opens in theaters nationwide tomorrow, August 14.
