Forrest Frank has set Dec. 4 for the release of his new album, The Jesus Generation, through River House Records.

The CCM artist announced the project on social media and shared preview clips featuring a wide group of collaborators. Lecrae and KB appear on “Go Go Go,” while JVKE joins Frank for “Let The Light In.”

Other previews include Michael W. Smith on “Glory Hallelujah,” ZVC on “My Little Miracle” and Elevation Rhythm on “Revival’s in the Air.” New music from the album is scheduled to arrive Friday, Oct. 30, giving listeners an early taste ahead of the full December release.

A New Chapter for “The Jesus Generation”

The album extends a title that has already played a major role in Frank’s year. He released the single “The Jesus Generation” in May 2026 and subsequently took the name on the road for The Jesus Generation Tour.

That stadium and arena-headlining run sold more than 470,000 tickets within 10 days of being announced and went on to sell out. The tour will also receive a screen treatment with The Jesus Generation Tour Movie, which is due to reach theaters next year through Lionsgate and Kingdom Story Company.

The upcoming movie is expected to offer fans an in-depth look at the recent tour. Together, the album, live run and theatrical project place “The Jesus Generation” at the center of Frank’s current music output.

Frank’s Recent Chart Run

The new record arrives after a series of chart milestones for Frank. In May, “Jesus Is Alive!” became his second No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs chart.

Since 2023, he has placed multiple songs on that tally, including “No Longer Bound” featuring Hulvey, “Up!,” “Good Day” and “Your Way’s Better.” The latter also became Frank’s first track to enter Billboard’s all-genre Hot 100.

“Lemonade,” his collaboration with The Figs, reached the Hot 100 last year as well.

Frank also led Billboard’s 2025 year-end Top Christian Artists and Top Christian Artists — Male rankings. His projects Child of God and Child of God II occupied the top two positions on the publication’s 2025 year-end Top Christian Albums chart.

His honors to date include five GMA Dove Awards and three Grammy nominations.

ShowBiz Take

The Jesus Generation is more than a standalone album announcement. It brings together the title of Frank’s May 2026 single, his sold-out tour and the forthcoming concert movie under one banner.

The scale of the rollout is supported by the tour’s ticket sales, while the previewed guest list connects Frank with Lecrae, KB, JVKE, Michael W. Smith, ZVC and Elevation Rhythm. That mix of collaborators gives the album several distinct pairings before its complete track lineup is heard.

The project also follows measurable chart momentum. Frank’s two projects at the top of the 2025 year-end Christian albums ranking, his leadership of two year-end artist charts and his appearances on both Hot Christian Songs and the Hot 100 provide significant context for the Dec. 4 release.

What Happens Next?

The first confirmed next step comes Friday, Oct. 30, when new music from The Jesus Generation is set to be released. The full album will follow on Dec. 4 via River House Records.

After that, Frank’s recent live chapter will move to theaters with The Jesus Generation Tour Movie next year. Lionsgate and Kingdom Story Company are handling the theatrical release.
