Over the past few weeks, the pop superstar has been embracing the cottagecore staple, tying paisley bandanas around her head as the perfect finishing touch to her street style. This particularly seems to be her go-to move for recording new music, as she was seen rocking the accessory during a visit to Electric Lady Studios just last week. Now, she’s trying it out again in colorful fashion.
While stopping by the Big Apple recording space on Tuesday, the British crooner embraced a full red, white, and blue color scheme. Perhaps she’s feeling a bit homesick after weeks away for her wedding and subsequent honeymoon, and this look may have been a subtle nod to the Union Jack .

Meaningful or not, her fit consisted of a red Polo Ralph Lauren jacket layered over a white ribbed tank from MM6 Maison Margiela. To match her coat, she tied a fire engine-hued bandana around her head, while decorating her black Birkin bag with an Hermès Les Murmures de la Foret Twilly scarf for double the foulard action.

Down low, the Grammy winner wore a pair of blue jeans that were cinched with a leopard-print belt from Chrome Hearts, and tucked into a pair of black-leather biker boots from Ann Demeulemeester. Finally, she accessorized with a set of chunky black Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses, a golden Bulgari watch, and a Chloé pendant necklace shaped like an apple core.
