Disney+ is turning the calendar from Halloween thrills to Christmas programming in November 2026, with holiday movies, seasonal specials and major series returns rolling out across Disney+, Hulu and ESPN throughout the month.
The Christmas shift begins Nov. 1 with “A Bad Moms Christmas” on Hulu. A larger wave follows Nov. 20, when “A Christmas Story,” “Four Christmases,” “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” and “The Polar Express” all join Hulu. The holiday films will be available to stream on Hulu for bundle subscribers.
Holiday programming builds throughout November
Christmas movies are only part of the seasonal schedule. Disney+ will premiere the holiday special episode “A Proud Family Wizmas” on Nov. 14, while “Sofia the First: Royal Magic” receives its own holiday special episode Nov. 26.
Other family-focused seasonal entries include a “SuperKitties” Thanksgiving special on Nov. 6, the Nov. 27 premiere of “Mickey’s Home Alone” and the Nov. 28 debut of “Dasher.” “Merry Berry Love” will also deliver new episodes on Disney+ and Hulu beginning Nov. 4 and continuing during the month.
Meanwhile, “Family Guy: The Peter Clause” is listed for a holiday-special premiere on Hulu, although its November date remains to be determined.
“Percy Jackson” leads the major series returns
One of the month’s biggest scripted arrivals comes Nov. 20, when “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” returns for its third season with a two-episode premiere on Disney+ and Hulu. The season follows Percy and his friends on a journey to stop the fall of Olympus.
“Percy Jackson and the Olympians Official Podcast” also premieres that day on both platforms. New episodes of the series and podcast are scheduled for Nov. 27.
Several established shows will continue releasing episodes throughout November. Hulu’s lineup includes “Abbott Elementary,” “The Kardashians,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “9-1-1,” “9-1-1: Nashville,” “Scrubs,” “Shark Tank,” “Reasonable Doubt” and “Tokyo Revengers: War of the Three Titans Arc.” “Reasonable Doubt” reaches its finale Nov. 24.
“All’s Fair” launches Nov. 4 with a three-episode premiere on Hulu, accompanied by a two-episode debut for the “All’s Fair Podcast.” “The Remarried Empress” begins the same day with four episodes on Disney+ and Hulu before concluding with finale episodes Nov. 25.
Additional premieres include “Rivals,” launching with three episodes on Hulu Nov. 11; the two-episode debut of “Style Wars” on Disney+ and Hulu that same day; and “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County,” which arrives on Hulu with all episodes streaming Nov. 12.
Movies, animation and nonfiction widen the slate
Beyond the Christmas selections, Hulu adds “The Banshees of Inisherin,” “Meg 2: The Trench” and “Why Him?” on Nov. 1, followed by “Black Bag” on Nov. 2 and “Heart Eyes” on Nov. 8. “Love Hurts” arrives Nov. 9, “Paddington in Peru” follows Nov. 15, and “Mickey 17” is scheduled for Nov. 23.
Disney+ will premiere all episodes of “Bluey Fancy Restaurant” on Nov. 16. “How The Tudors Lost Their Heads” also arrives in full on Disney+ and Hulu Nov. 17, followed by the complete release of “Vienna Game” on both services Nov. 18.
Younger viewers will also get the Nov. 4 premiere of all “Disney Jr. Ariel – The Little Mermaid: Dolphin Cove Tales” shorts, new “Pokémon the Series: The Beginning” and “Pupstruction” episodes on Nov. 11, and the premiere of “Miraculous Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir” on Nov. 21.
Live events remain a major part of November
“Dancing with the Stars” streams live on Disney+ at 8 p.m. ET on Nov. 2, 10, 17 and 24, with additional episodes appearing on Disney+ and Hulu during the month. Its official podcast will also continue releasing new episodes.
The 60th Annual CMA Awards will stream live on Disney+ at 8 p.m. ET on Nov. 18 before becoming available on Hulu Nov. 19.
The schedule also carries an extensive ESPN presence, including NFL Monday Night Football, NHL and NBA games, college football, college basketball and women’s college volleyball. WWE Crown Jewel is scheduled for Nov. 7, while WWE Survivor Series: WarGames airs Nov. 28.
ShowBiz Take
Disney+ is not making its seasonal handoff with Christmas movies alone. November’s lineup pairs familiar holiday titles with family specials, the third-season launch of “Percy Jackson and the Olympians,” continuing Hulu series, podcasts and a dense live-sports calendar.
That breadth makes Nov. 20 the month’s pivotal date: four Christmas favorites arrive alongside the two-episode “Percy Jackson” premiere and its official podcast. From there, Disney+ and Hulu keep the holiday momentum going with “Sofia the First: Royal Magic,” “Mickey’s Home Alone” and “Dasher” across the final days of the month.
What Happens Next?
Disney+ and Hulu will continue their scheduled November rollouts through Nov. 30. Dates are still pending for Hulu’s “Family Guy: The Peter Clause” holiday special and “The Circle.”
