Billboard Pro is expanding its reader service with a music industry events calendar designed to gather major business and creator-facing dates in one place.
The calendar, now featured by Billboard Pro, is described by Billboard as a broad summary of national and international music industry events, spanning conferences, festivals, networking mixers and other business happenings. The move gives readers a centralized schedule alongside Billboard’s existing coverage of news, charts and analysis.
The current calendar stretches across multiple years, with a detailed September and October 2026 slate already posted, additional monthly placeholders extending into 2027 and 2028, and one December 2027 event listed.
September 2026
The September calendar opens with Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, Germany, from Sept. 16-19, followed by Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, Ky., from Sept. 17-20. Sept. 18 brings the Music Moves Europe Awards in Hamburg, while the iHeartRadio Music Festival is set for Sept. 18-19 in Las Vegas.
A heavy Sept. 18-20 weekend includes Borderland Music and Arts Festival in East Aurora, N.Y.; the Caribbean Music Awards in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago; Cascade Equinox Festival in Redmond, Oreg.; Making Time ∞ festival in Philadelphia; Riot Fest in Chicago; and Shaky Knees Music Festival in Atlanta.
Additional September listings include Experts Only festival in New York and Sea.Hear.Now Festival in Asbury Park, N.J., both Sept. 19-20. Sept. 22 features the Independent Music Awards in London, the Nashville Songwriter Awards in Nashville and the Polaris Concert & Award Ceremony in Toronto.
ComposerCon follows Sept. 23 in London, while Pitchfork Music Festival CDMX runs Sept. 23-27 in Mexico City. The BMAC Gala is listed for Sept. 24 in Beverly Hills, Calif., the same day Bourbon & Beyond festival begins its Sept. 24-27 run in Louisville, Ky.
Beatport Connect is scheduled for Sept. 25 in Los Angeles, while Sept. 25-27 includes All Things Go Music Festival in Columbia, Md.; All Things Go NYC in New York; Oceans Calling Festival in Ocean City, Md.; and Ohana Festival in Dana Point, Calif. Somewhere Festival & Conference is set for Sept. 25-26 in Wichita, Kans.
Global Citizen Festival is listed for Sept. 26 in New York, with Portola festival running Sept. 26-27 in San Francisco. The MTV Video Music Awards are scheduled for Sept. 27 in Los Angeles, followed by the BMI London Awards on Sept. 28 in London. September closes with VenuesNow Conference on Sept. 29-30 in Seattle, Making Vinyl Europe conference from Sept. 30-Oct. 2 in Haarlem, Netherlands, and BreakOut West conference and festival from Sept. 30-Oct. 4 in Victoria, B.C., Canada.
October 2026
October begins with Day Zero Tulum festival in Tulum, Mexico, and Rock the Ryman in Nashville, both on Oct. 1. Aftershock festival runs Oct. 1-4 in Sacramento, Calif. The Living Legends Foundation Awards Gala is set for Oct. 2 in Atlanta, while Country Calling festival takes place Oct. 2-3 in Ocean City, Md.
Austin City Limits Festival weekend 1 and Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival are both scheduled for Oct. 2-4, in Austin and San Francisco respectively. Power to the People Festival is listed for Oct. 3 in Columbia, Md. The IEBA conference runs Oct. 4-6 in Nashville, with IEBA Honors & Awards and the GMA Dove Awards both listed for Oct. 6 in Nashville.
Beyond The Music conference is scheduled for Oct. 7-9 in Salford, England, while Confluence conference runs Oct. 7-10 in Charlotte, N.C. The Oct. 9-11 weekend includes Austin City Limits Festival weekend 2 in Austin, FORM Arcosanti festival in Arcosanti, Ariz., and West Coast Songwriters Conference in Pasadena, Calif.
On Oct. 10, Strummingbird festival Victoria is listed for Ballarat, Australia, and the World Soundtrack Awards Ceremony & Concert is set for Ghent, Belgium. Head Trip festival follows Oct. 10-11 in Indio, Calif. Grassroots Networking Day is scheduled for Oct. 13 in London, while Mondo.NYC conference runs Oct. 13-16 in New York.
La Musa Awards are set for Oct. 14 in Miami. Vinyl Summit runs Oct. 15-18 in Salina, Kans., and Mission Bayfest is listed for Oct. 16-18 in San Diego. Oct. 17 includes iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina in Miami and Strummingbird festival New South Wales in Newcastle, Australia, followed by Strummingbird festival Queensland on Oct. 18 in Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Billboard Latin Music Week is scheduled for Oct. 19-22 in Miami. The Marconi Awards Presented by NAB are listed for Oct. 20 in New York, while NAB Show New York runs Oct. 20-22. Amsterdam Dance Event is set for Oct. 21-25 in Amsterdam.
Oct. 22 brings the Billboard Latin Music Awards in Miami, the IBMA Bluegrass Music Awards in Chattanooga, Tenn., and the Mercury Prize ceremony in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Sick New World festival is listed for Oct. 24 in Fort Worth, Tex., while Bamba Festival runs Oct. 24-25 in Santiago, Chile.
The final October listings include the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Oct. 26 in Nashville; the City of Hope Spirit of Life Gala on Oct. 27 in West Hollywood, Calif.; Music Tectonics conference from Oct. 27-29 in Santa Monica, Calif.; Screen Music Awards on Oct. 28 in Brisbane, Australia; and SONA Awards on Oct. 29 in Los Angeles.
