From Sushi Park to Giorgio Baldi, the stars certainly have their favored spots when it comes to date nights. However, the hottest new place to take a date has easily become the sports arena—just look at Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet’s frequent Knicks outings, or the recent courtside rendezvous from the likes of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, Prince Harry and Meghan, and Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco.
And the latest star to use a sporting event for what sure looked like a romantic excursion was none other than Bad Bunny, who attended day one of the Wimbledon Championships in London alongside his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Gabriela Berlingeri.
Seated together in the stands, the pair watched Novak Djokovic face off against Yibing Wu, all while trying to keep a relatively low profile. Bunny—born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio—wore a gray hoodie over a white tee, with a navy baseball cap and large sunglasses that provided an incognito effect. Berlingeri, meanwhile, chose a light-blue, cap-sleeve top and wire-rimmed eyeglasses with stacks of golden necklaces to round things out.
This was a rare outing for the pair, who have known each other for nearly a decade now. Their relationship goes all the way back to 2017, after a chance meeting at a restaurant in Puerto Rico. They started a relationship soon after and maintained a quiet romance for years, until the reggaeton star made things Instagram official in 2020. Since then, Berlingeri has collaborated with him on numerous occasions, from lending her vocals to the Las Que No Iban a Salir track “En Casita,” to starring as the bride in his “Tití Me Preguntó” music video.
The pair split sometime around 2022, but have remained friends ever since, and recently sparked rumors of a rekindled romance.
Not only did Berlingeri make a surprise appearance at Benito’s Super Bowl LX halftime show in February, but she’s also been seen with him at various stops on the Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour. Just earlier this week, the two were spotted together in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Although neither has confirmed whether they’re back together or not, one thing’s for sure: When you attend a sporting match together, that’s when things really start to get serious.
